Yes - those costs are after downsizing. My current home is actually more expensive ! New home will be 1200 sq ft. Everyone thinks Florida is inexpensive - it is NOT. Real Estate taxes are high and home owners insurance is crazy. But my family is here and I'm not leaving.

Yep. Believe me, theres no waste on the home costs. Perhaps I could give up cable but that would save me about $30 a month. Not going to make that much of a dent in ER.
