Did it - made the leap!

Hello and good morning! We made the leap into retirement Jan. 4. We actually took vacation for the last 30 days so we've been in the life for a little over the month. We relocated across 700 miles. So far the pace has been worse than work! I'm sure the pace will moderate as relocation tasks are addressed - not to mention necessary (?) remodeling in new house! Lake Logan Martin in Alabama was the obvious choice for us to spend the next phase of our life. My guess is we'll harvest more from this forum than we contribute - but we'll see!

Way to go! Now, watch out for those home rehab expenses, don't get carried away!
