Confused about dryer sheets

Hello
Great forum!

Single divorced guy, 41 hoping to retire by 50

I have two kids 17 and 20
Mortgage free $300K Home with one rental income
and 250K in a 5 year CD (at 4.5%) which matures in Dec 2013

I make about 35K from my Job and just under $12K a year from my CD
