My guess is No. You are to young. You can't do that until you reach full retirement age. And, I think you have to hit 62 before 2016. (But that's good, just ask a rich old man.)
IIRC, your wife could have collected on your SS account at full retirement age. But, since she has already flipped the switch on her account, I suspect she can no longer do that.
