OMG - I am DEFINITELY retirement challenged! While I have relished the warm welcomes from so many, I have also been gleeful to read the additional offerings of shared knowledge. My note pad now has several more areas of thought to do some follow-up on. But then along comes my own self deserved "blonde moment".

Upon reading warm greetings from Huston55 I noted one of the TAGs at the bottom. (I've tried to read everything I can in effort to learn as much as I should already know at this point.) It read "Historical Bond Quotes?" and being the true blonde, I clicked on it thinking to read some quips from James Bond. So goes the slow trailing efforts of a government worker with little more than personal savings, CSRS, and TSP in my portfolio.

So did yah hear this one?

.Two Blondes With Hammers...

Lynn and Judy were doing some carpenter work
on a Habitat for Humanity House.
Lynn was nailing down house siding,
would reach into her nail
pouch, pull out a nail, and either toss it
over her shoulder or nail it in.

Judy, figuring this was worth looking into, asked,
'Why are you throwing those nails away?'
Lynn explained, 'When I pull a nail out of my pouch,
about half of them have the head on the wrong end,
and I throw them away.'
Judy got completely upset and yelled,
'You moron! Those nails aren't defective!
They're for the OTHER side of the house!'
