Howdy from Texas - 403b info?

First thing, this is a great community! a whole lot of great info and people helping people something we need more of in this country. Quick question, talking about a Texas Municipal or Teachers Retirement plan (403b) has anyone ever applied for (and recieved) restricted prior service credit for time worked at a rural electric cooperative. Any info on this would be great! Thanks
