Maybe congrats are in order but after years of goals and months of indecision, I pulled the string today and submitted my resignation. I am not a poster but have been reading posts for a while and this site has actually helped. I am interested in noting in myself all that one goes through in making the decision of this move

I am a small town 54 y/o physician, 25 years here so the there was alot of considerations. Married 32 years.

My major concers: 1) money (OK here)
2) ego ( still OK)
3) boredom (

)
Active sailor, diver ,skier but not an experience ER
