Joining the Class of 2020

My DW and I have decided to FIRE in 2020. Our Target date is May 1st. The only thing holding us back is her desire to not leave her office in complete chaos and uproar. There has been significant turnover and vacancies that have left big gaps. She will walk away with a nice pension, and we will supplement with my 401K (once I hit 59.5).

Now that we have set a date, I have a serious case of Senioritis.....

And the dryer sheets reference; was my dad on this forum at some point?

Dalmore: Hello and welcome. DW and I also have decided to retire in 2020 :-)
DW's date is 01 APR (how appropriate, April Fools Day) although; for myself, I have not set a date in 2020. For us, it will be soooo nice to relax and find other more important things to consider and spend time doing.
