New to the forum

Hi all, just jumping in to thank everyone in advance for their support.
At 57, I really need to do this right and not screw up what we've worked so long to achieve....

I'll add a northern 'Howdy' and a warning to watch out for the scorpions, fire ants, rattle snakes, chiggers, spiders and REWahoo's.
