Will Our PLAN B WORK?? In 8 Months?

Original post was back in March 2016. We have new numbers on nestegg, budget, etc. Original post is here:We're new - our plan is iffy?

Will post our new numbers and questions on Fire & Money as suggested by moderator.



I am 61 and my wife is 56. We both have worked 35 years in our jobs.
1. We want to move to Phoenix or near there.
2. We are healthy and active.
3. We want to do this in 8-10 months.
4. Our nestegg is $1,575,000.
5. I will purchase company health insurance for $1400/mo for 3 years.
6. I will draw SS early to help pay for above policy.
7. We need around 6K living expenses (I will post budget).
8. We will pay around $250K cash for house.
9. We plan to work part time and generate $25 K gross for 4 years.
10. We have no debt.
11. House is paid for and will sell for $160K
12. New cars paid for.

Confused if we are not qualified here due to minimum monetary double secret requirements? Would love to share and converse but may just go on our own...hey.. its worked so far....
