Zeek from Seattle
Yes, yet another new poster from Seattle. Fifty eight year old Italian male. Signed up to chat about my new found freedom and the opportunities that lie ahead of me. But especially the financial aspects of the withdrawal phase that I enter. Look forward to discussions.

Ah, another Puget Sound resident. Welcome indeed.
With respect to the withdrawal phase I suggest you read 'Buckets of Money', but don't swallow all of the author's advise.. chew it over a while. What has helped me sleep at night is that I followed his recommendation of having x years of withdrawals in cash. If you search on "Buckets" on the forum you can see several of us kick the subject around.

Hi Zeek,
I'm from Seattle too, but still accumulating. You might be interested in this thread in the "FIRE and Money" forum.
