I picked up a Raspberry Pi 2 for $30 at Microcenter.
Specs:
Broadcom BCM2836 Arm7 Quad Core Processor at 900MHz
1GB RAM
4 x USB 2.0 ports
Full size HDMI port, hardware video decoding, video output at 1080P.
Ethernet Port
I am really liking this device. It runs various Linux based distros. I am dual booting Raspbian (Debian based) and OpenELEC as a media center boot.
OpenELEC plays my video files nicely. Also the Add-ons play a lot of web based content as well.
