80's and 90's Sayings......

Trying to put a funny thread out there in these non-funny times:

Here's a few:

"I resemble that remark"

"PSYCH"!!!

"DUDE"!!!!!!!!

"marvy"

"That's super"

"take a chill pill"

At first I thought the title of the thread was "80's and 90's Savings".......

My fave is "groovy"...I still use it.

Oh, wait that's more the 60's and 70's.......

I dig it!

We were illin' and chillin' during the 80s... And that was a good thing.

"In your dreams" is a personal favorite.
the most common context was when someone of the opposite sex was trying to become more friendly with me than i was ready to become.

I..ahem...still say that, but always delivered with a nice smile...

phat thread, dewd.

on a similar note, though not so much a saying as a doing, and not so much the 90s but the 70s, otherwise, completely relevant:

my group of friends used to give each other joints (hey, i've got another one "420"). instead, this year i've bought a whole bunch of proxy brushes to hand out to my old high school chums for halloween. next year i'm thinking bottles asprin and tubes of ben gay.
