a business after retirement?

DIY Bank

SEATTLE - A man operated a "warehouse bank" out of his suburban home, taking at least $28 million from people around the country who wanted a discrete bank account, according to court documents

Re: a business after retirement?

My first thought was: How long did he expect to get away with this?

My second though: It took the IRS over five years to track down the 1099 mismatch?!?

Guess that answers the first thought...

The book written on, "The Military Guide to Financial Independence and Retirement", on sale now! For more info see "About Me" in my profile.
I don't spend much time here anymore, so please send me a PM. Thanks.

Very interesting. He likely could have just stolen the money and absconded and he would be free today.
