A new personal best while working out...

A new personal best while working out...

Today, I maxed out the 'Peck deck' or fly/delt machine doing seated flyes. It maxes out at 300lbs...which is a big deal for me...I'm not a big or built guy by any means....5'11" 165 lbs


wooo hoooooo for me


now, ya give me some dumbbells and i'd be using 60's lol

That is one hard machine. Bravo to you! That is one heck of alot of weight for your size, and you should be proud! I know I'll never be able to do that for sure.

thanks! it was good form too...which makes a huge difference

I do know when I've used that machine I've really had to concentrate hard just to make sure that I control the machine and the machine doesn't control me and snap back together too fast, which will ultimately defeat the purpose of that particular exercise. You really are da man if you can control that much weight for your size. Wow.... Impressive, truly.
