It's a beautiful city, but the open drug use really did turn me off.

I've never been offered drugs so many times during a 3 day visit. Not to mention I've never seen so many syringes laying on the streets anywhere else.

I like the part where the cops grabbed him and then let him go without charging him.

Uh, he was in possession of heroin, and had just bought it from someone.

Next time I have a tussle with the police, I'll have to let them know that I'm a morning DJ and therefore immune from criminal prosecution.
