Aluminum Patio Cover?

I need to replace my old wood patio cover and have met with two contractors for aluminum patio cover. The two quotes I received are quite far apart and I can't seem to find out why. Has anybody had one installed lately? Things to look out for?

Thanks.

Here's mine that I had done last summer. I think mine was about $6,800. I really like it, however it does leak in a couple of spots...I have no idea if that's normal or not. It is quite large. Hope this works. First time uploading a pic from my iPad.

For that kind of project, I would get at least four quotes. Then you'll be able to see what the ball park range is and know which bidder is out of line.
