Amazing Street Performers

Music from my teen years was early 60's - early 70's, but I like the music from earlier times. Has anyone in NYC ever seen this group?

Live too far from NYC so no but they would be fun to hear live on the street like that. It looks like they have a few youtube videos and a CD for sale.

I'm from the same era as you. I found a few compilations CD like Doo Wop Greats 3 CD box and Teenage Idols 4 CD box on ebay for just a few dollars that I put on an old iTouch and computer in addition to a number of CDs from the library (old Stones, Beatles, etc.) that I like to listen to. I even have old Country Western and 40s Swing.

Good stuff and inexpensive. I just haven't been interested in Rap or Hip Hop.

Cheers!

Thanks Badger, got some company! I also can't relate to Rap or Hip Hop.

But I can relate to funk, as in this 35 year old song! Really good musicians jamming at Daryl's house - like it much better than the original.
