Better stock up!
There may be a "run" on beer like there was on TP in the 70s when Johnny Carson joked about it on his show.

I'm with you, beer going up is relatively unimportant to me. Now if wine goes up, that's a catastrophe.

As of a year or two ago, there was a wine glut in Europe, namely France, Spain and Italy, and also in Australia and South America. Even actor Gerard Depardieu's vineyard had problems selling the wine he produced.

The EU had to buy the lesser wine to distill into ethanol for fuel, and paid a few cents per quart. I don't think there's any fundamental change to the supply side. So, wine drinkers should be safe.

I drink more wine than beer, and even distilled wine (cognac), so ... Cheers!

Well at least it's legal to brew your own beer! REWahoo - Austin has a great home brewer supply place (St Pat's), maybe SA has same.

Barney is one very interesting guy, approaching his 90th birthday. His museum fills his garage and overflows into his driveway. If you go, you will enjoy yourself.

Beer offer such poor bang for the buck. First start with exercise and dehydration, then get a whiff of Everclear. You're good the go for the night.

Oog. I remember that stuff. I took a swig, and I think it dissolved into the soft tissue of my mouth so fast nothing made it back as far as my throat. Then the room started to spin.
