Another scarce & valuable commodity...
DoD has been leasing channels on XM Satellite Radio's satellites to bounce data to "personnel in the field".* Of course this program is only being tested.
I wonder if it's cheaper to either take over XM Satellite radio or crank up the plutonium production line again.
Hmmm... what's under the trajectory of those satellite launches?
