You left out "Don't Cry Down My Back, You Might Rust My Spurs, and my personal favorite: "She Was Only A Stable Keeper's Daughter, But Every Horseman Knew Her".

Q: Why did God invent rap music?

A: So country music fans would have something to look down on.

You forgot, "She got the gold mine, I got the shaft!"

In a serious vein, Country Music tells a story. From sad, to heartbreak, to love and all manner of stuff in between.

A friend of mine says, to listen to it, "Ya gotta be lonely, or drunk!"

Now, I like the old timers: Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, are my favorites. Even George
Jones! Don't care for Garth Brooks and all the new pretty faces. (Talking about Male performers only.)

Hmmm

Johnny Russell's - Rednecks, White Socks and Blue Ribbon Beer.

Still like 50's and 60's Rock and Roll the best but my hand has been known to twist the XM radio dial to country once in a while.

heh heh heh heh heh
