Any good universal battery chargers out there?

Seems most battery chargers out there today only charge AA and AAA size batteries. Are there any good universal chargers out there that charge the other sizes (C, D, 9volt)?

I popular one I've seen is this one:

but the reviews are mixed.

p.s. I've tried the C, D sized adapters using AAA batteries with limited success.
