anyone sign up for the centurylink law suit?

I got a facebook post about signing up for being overcharged by centurylink for phone and internet over the years. I went with the them is 1990 price for life for phone and internet was 35. a month. but the fees, addons , and taxes kept going up so in 2018 I was paying 69. a month and they said there were some changes to the price for life and that my bill would be going to 96. month. decided to change providers. just want to see what everybody else thinks about this lawsuit, generally I just ignore this stuf.

$69/month sounds like a bargain. I was paying $75/month to ATT for only unlimited nationwide and local calling (no internet) when I finally pulled the trigger and left.

If you "saw a post on facebook" can you dig a little? It's probably an ad, probably from some scammy law firm, maybe "shared" with good intention but little knowledge, from someone in your feed.

Nah, any class action suit I've ever been in netted a total of 12 cents.
