What the heck...I just might try this.

I wonder if my mom-n-pop butcher shop can order some pork belly for me. There is an abundance of wild "scrub" apple trees in my local area, so I can get my hands on some applewood very easily. I have a nice outdoor fireplace that will work perfectly to grill it.

It puts a new twist on this concept ;)
