My notoriously miserly grandpa asked for a quote to chop down an old maple tree. "$800".
"Why so much?"
"It's not the chopping down it's the disposal of the limbs"
"How much to chop it down and just leave the limbs piled up on the ground?"
"$300"
"Ok, do that"
He then put an ad in the paper "Firewood: $500" And he got it!!

Yesterday JJill was having a one day 50 % off sale so I bought a lot of basics . I then found a coupon for $50 off and I was able to use . Great buys on things I wear often .
