My beater with a heater purchased for $600 in 2002. The Ford Tempo. I called it the Tempo-rary as it was a fill in car until I saved up for a nicer one. Sold it to a co-worker a year later for $500. He drove it for 5 more years! Maybe not so Tempo-rary for him
