Best places to buy books on-line?
Whenever I want to buy a new or used book, I first check out ebay/half.com and Amazon marketplace. Between these two, I can find good prices, but not always. Are there any other web sites you have used or would recommend to buy books?

My favorite new site is Freereadfeed.com. Just found this site recently. They have only free reads for Kindle. You search their selections, click on the ones you like and it redirects to your Amazon account then you "buy with one click" for free. Every genre from repair and cooking to fiction and finance. Seems like there were 44,000 titles last time I was there.

I use this one: eReaderIQ | The Easier, Faster, Smarter Way to Kindle! The site identifies Amazon Kindle bargain books, notably the free variety...

For out-of-print technical books, I go first to abebooks.com. I have found some amazing references there.

Abebooks and Alibris both are worth checking for used books.

I also use Powell's and alibris. However, my current fav is the public library. I use the Overdrive app and browse the "shelves" from the comfort of my own living room. You have to wait on the waiting list for the best-sellers, but there's a great selection, if you are more flexible.
