Britney Spears' visitation rights still suspended

Britney Spears' visitation rights remain suspended because of being a no show at court hearing.
Britney's Visitation Rights Still On Ice, Commissioner Upholds Ruling Against Embattled Pop Star Who Bailed On Custody Hearing - The ShowBuzz

Folks who do ya all think should have custody of these children Kevin F, Britney or the state?

As a man does Kevin F deserve the same consideration to keep his children as would a woman?

Britney continues to self destruct I guess it is true what they say about money not being able to buy happiness.

GOD BLESS

Since I raised my two daughters on my own from when they were 17 months and 4 1/2 yrs old, I say HELL yes! A man is every bit as capable as a woman. I did it by myself for more than 10 years, with my ex only having the girls every other weekend. I did it all, dance classes, gymnastics, brownies/girl scouts, class mom , school field trips etc. etc. I worked full time plus one weekend every month in the reserves. Got 'em up & to daycare/school every morning, attended sports and other stuff, man I could go on and on. I chose to do this, I didn't have to. My ex wanted to split them and she take one and I take one, and I said HELL NO! It was tough, but I wouldn't have taken any amount of money for the time I spent with my kids. Besides, it was some kinda chick magnet! . My daughters are now 25 & 22 and I'm very proud of them.

I don't know whether to laugh at or cry for Britney, but my heart sure goes out to those babies. Both of my g-daughters were crazy about Britney several years ago...when Oops, I Did It Again came out. While we were visiting at Christmas, I asked the oldest g-kid if she still liked Britney. She said, "ewww, she's so trashy". Britney was such a cute kid...too bad...

Seems like I remember an interview where K-Fed's ex...before Britney...said he was a good father. Let's hope so.

Nah, send the kids to Grandma, she know how to raise them, even is writing a book (since suspended) about how to raise kids/daughters. Sad, Sad, Sad.

Britney Spears' Train Wreck Continues

Britney is at again when will this poor devil understand that she is hurting himself and her children. NBC has an article "Don’t mess with Brit — especially nude Brit."
Don’t mess with Brit — especially nude Brit - Tabloid Tidbits - MSNBC.com

ex·cerpts from the article

What were Britney and her shutterbug boyfriend up to? The employee couldn’t say for certain, but it isn’t hard to hazard a guess. “They were making weird noises. It was disgusting.”

After the pair left the room, Britney displayed more behavior unbecoming a pop star. “I couldn’t understand a word she was saying,” the employee told Life & Style. “She was slurring and spitting, and talking with a British accent. Her face was covered with cold sores and acne, and her scalp was patchy. I wanted to help her, but she was so mean that I left her alone.

“Then she muttered, ‘F--- you!’ and left the store.”

End of ex·cerpts.

With this type of behavior one can see why the judge has ruled to suspend her visitation rights and has given them to K-Fed. In this case the man appears to be the best parent.

The poor devil is in need of some tough love.

GOD BLESS

Not only does Britney suffer from Narcissistic Personality Disorder, but she is a classic example of Bi-Polar as well. This is really a hard personality to have as a parent, so I support K-Fed who, despite his well known laziness, sounds as if he is the more stable parent mentally.
God...how bad is it when K-Fed is the better parent and actually looks good to the world (compared to Britney)?
This girl needs help, but narcissists are hard to heal (think Scott Peterson, for example). And Bi-Polar can be helped with pills. Difficult, difficult situation for the children. They surely weren't born under a smiling sun--despite Britney's immense wealth.

One has to wonder what the next excuse or set of excuses will be if and when this woman kills herself or someone else.

Why should the state have custody? The fact that this question is even asked when a responsible father is available illustrates the systematic bias against fathers.

Speaking for Kevin Federline, his attorney Mark Kaplan said ...

‘‘The word victory is not something Mr. Federline or his counsel would ascribe to this. There is no joy. This is a grave situation for all [...] his goal, his hope for the future is at some point he will be able to parent the children with the participation of their mother.’’

Apparently, Federline believes that the children will be best served if both he and Spears are equally involved in their parenting. And he's right. Unlike many situations when the genders are reversed, he's not asking for permanent sole custody or to remove the other parent from the children's lives. Instead of gloating, he wants equality and has the true best interest of his children at heart. This is a sign of a good parent.

Another sad but tragic episode in the life of Brit. Let's hope that Brit gets the help that she needs before she kills someone or herself.

ABC News: Britney Blowup Leaves Her Crying on Curb

As things get worse and worse how can this poor devil with the English accent ever expect to get her children back?

Shawn you are right on the money as far as Kevin , he wants equality and has the true best interest of his children at heart. This is a sign of a good parent.

GOD BLESS

How insulting will her children feel when, years from now, they find out about all this and realize that their mother--when she lost custody--wanted to get pregnant again? I suspect that they may interpret this as, "well, I can make MORE kids." How hurtful can she be to these two innocents?
Even Mike-someone, who is the editor of the National Enquirer, said that Federline is a good parent to ALL is children. Lazy, but a good parent; which is what these two little boys surely need. At least they have someone...poor kids.

This is a sad situation, which I am sure is going to end up with us reading in the entertainment section of Brittney's death at a young age, and then they will spend many columns rehashing everything she ever did or didn't do. This makes me think about how difficult it must be to have a member of your family with a mental disorder, but not being able to do anything about it.

Why shouldn't K-Fed have custody as he has certainly surprised a lot of people with his actions.

I don't get this. I could understand some special attention, but eight officers and a big motorcade

A police motorcade the length of a football field escorted troubled pop star Britney Spears to a Los Angeles hospital early Thursday to get her some help, a law-enforcement official told CNN.
...
The North Hollywood Police Department sent about eight officers to Spears' hilltop house in Studio City, California, about 12:55 a.m. Thursday, according to the law enforcement official, who asked not to be identified because he's not authorized to comment publicly.
The group at Spears' house included plainclothes officers, motorcycle police, ambulance crews and some police "brass," the official said.
It took the better part of the day to arrange the transport plan, the officer said.

I sometimes wonder if those maniacle photographers dont cause her to have a serious accident so they could get the first exclusive pictures.
