You did a great job on those floors.

That's the other issue about hardwood floors though.... The maintenance issue. Hardwood floors take lots of work to keep them looking good. Especially if they get traffic over them.

Yeah, you're right about that MasterBlaster. Even so, I prefer hardwood floors since they are beautiful and harbor less allergens. The floor we restored is about 60 years old. It's as though we liberated it from the yucky carpet that had been over it for so long. The carpet was replaced a few times, but the beautiful hardwood was still under there waiting for the light of day.

The room is so much nicer now. Plus, as we all know, carpet has maintenance issues too. Especially if you have pets like we do
