The more things change the more things stay the same.

Find something online you want, go to Walmart, pay by CASH

Walmart's strange online cash payment system: A guide - Yahoo! News

Logic seems backwords, but fills a need. I suppose, like the prepaid debit cards that are loaded with cash in the first place.

Have you ever seen a headstone with these words

I was surprised to see this line in the article:

Only 15 percent of purchases at Walmart are made with a credit card.
Perhaps that's why?

I heard the call to do nothing. So I answered it.

Based on what I've seen at Walmart, this is a really good idea. Tons of people pay with cash or check. I suspect a lot of people will use it if it gets well publicized.

Doesn't necessarily involve extra effort or mileage.
With their ship to store program, you pay online with a card when you order, but you still have to trek to the store to get the item.
With this cash program you trek to store, pay cash and pickup item, or get free shipping to your home. Either way, one trip to WW. This assumes you want free shipping.
