Cell Phone Help..........

DW and I got new cell phones last Friday.

We got them at Best Buy. On Saturday, DW lamented that she should have gotten a different phone that cost $100 on Friday night, but only $60 on Saturday ( new promotion)

Her phone is activated already. My question is: Can we return the phone and get the one she really wants? We both got free phones for getting a new 2-year plan, and the $60 dollar LG phone is only for new subscribers...............

Hmm. Best Buy. Best of luck - in my experience, they're not Costco's faint shadow.

Agreed.....but my experience at the Verizon kiosk was staggeringly poor..........

I don't know about Verizon@Best Buy, but I know that AT&T allows to return the phone within 30 days. The only thing you pay for is the pro-rated service that you've used.
