Apparently though it's not just here: law enforcement in 24 states have this kind of cell phone surveillance equipment.
I just wanted to alert folks if they are unaware of this.

I think you have to assume that EVERYTHING is being monitored. Legal or not. Warrant or not. The NSA is capturing all.
That is everything you Google (or other search engine), post on Facebook, buy on Amazon, post on this forum, etc.
Unless you have a prepaid phone, and buy minutes anonymously, it's being captured and tracked to you.
All but totally amateur drug dealers know this. That is why they use the prepaid phones.

The eavesdroppers who are laughing are the ones who have zeroed in on my phone and computers.
The Good Wife had a sort of funny recurring theme of the main character’s calls being monitored—it was like a soap opera for the slacker guys listening in.

The Good Wife did indeed have a great sequence of NSA listening in episodes.
This new technology - DRT boxes - is quite a step up from the prior Stingray boxes that have been used for over 10 years now and were used mainly to track location.

If you want to defeat the DRT boxes, just make all your phone calls beside the cell towers, so you are closer to them than the DRT box.
remember to cover the camera built into your computer and tv, so they don't watch you.. Even the FBI director covered his.

If they’re listening to and watching me they are definitely laughing.

When in doubt, refer to my signature line. YMMV
