Nov. 1 2005   Appox. 5000 citizens ,who have paid city taxes for over 10 years, but not allowed to vote in city elections ,have now voted. It took 2 federal law suits, the us justice dept. and 10 years, but these citzens of Grenada,Mississippi now have their civil rights.  www.grenadastar.com
