Tim Horton's - double double (two creams, two sugars). If I'm really exhausted I'll go for an x-large triple triple.

Well my cost plus doesnt carry the 'toddy', so I tried my own science experiment.

I mixed a half cup of ground costco coffee with one and a half cups of cold filtered water in one of them there plastic salad dressing shakers and stuck it in the fridge overnight. Shook it up once in a while when I thought of it, maybe 4-5 times.

Next day, about 12-13 hours later, I stuck one of those 'permanent gold filters' into a wire mesh strainer and hung it over a bowl and poured in the 'science experiment'. After about 3 minutes it was strained, I rinsed out the salad dressing shaker and poured the coffee mix in.

I added about half of this (maybe a half cup or so) to a very large glass of milk with a few teaspoons of sugar.

Then I drove up to our old house to move some more furniture. About halfway up and 90% of the way through the drink, I felt it might be reasonable to leave the car behind and carry the trailer the rest of the way on my back.

As it turned out, I kept the seemingly unnecessary car, but I did move a metal framed recliner couch and love seat, two california king mattresses and box springs, and every other thing out of the house and into the garage.

So two thumbs up for smooth, high octane caffeine. Maybe it was too smooth and I used too much...

But I know where i'm going the next time I want to do more heavy lifting than Hans and Franz.

Cafe du Monde chicory coffee ... real strong coffee. .....
use the frother on the cappacino for the milk. it's even 'cheap' ... a tin costs about $3.99 for 13 oz.

In the interests of moderation, I stopped after just one.
