Conforming Mortgage change from $419M?

Has the conforming mortgage max officially changed from $419M yet? Does it differ by state? I'm in MN and currently have a $476M mortgage with an interest-only ARM that adjusts next summer. I'm hoping to refinance into a conforming mortgage to get a lower rate!

Thanks in advance.

Here is a link to the rates for Conforming loans by area. And yes, they do differ by where you live.
