Dave Freeman dead at 47
Some sad news - and another reason to focus on living life as best one can, taking advantage of opportunities when they present themselves - like early retirement. One more of life's ironies.
LOS ANGELES - Dave Freeman, co-author of "100 Things to Do Before You Die," a travel guide and ode to odd adventures that inspired readers and imitators, died after hitting his head in a fall at his home. He was 47.

This news devastated my DH, who is a year and a few months shy of that. Whew!
At least he lived life to the fullest!

"When you're singing for your supper, remember on the other end of the spoon someone's working for a song."
