Dh ??

I'm not familiar with the abbreviated term "DH" that I see here often in postings. I assume it probably means one of the following:

Designated Housemate
Delightful Honey
Desperate Housewife

Please clue me in, and let me know if I was even close.

In most cases it means Dear Wife.

DW = Darling Wife
DH = Darling Husband
DD = Darling Daughter
DS = Darling Son
SO = Significant Other

I've been looking for something other than Significant other to describe my situation .I think Designated Housemate is perfect .Thanks !
