Did Feds meet today?

So, did the Feds meet today for a decide on rates? I looked but I didn't see any news on it. If so what did they decide?

The Fed FOMC meeting is scheduled for Dec 18-19.

There was news today in the WSJ (which was generally well received and saved the DOW most of its otherwise-terrible slide) that the Fed is looking to adopt a "wait and see" approach for 2019.

But the december hike is still baked in for the purposes of all reasonable expectations, and there is no news, at this time, of that coming off the table.

Aerides >>> I was off a few weeks for some reason. LOL I just got done reading that "wait and see" approach for 2019. It did calm the waters for a better ending market day.

I believe there is a monthly jobs report due out tomorrow, though - the government one, not the private one. CNBC thought that announcement could be significant.
