Did your staff make you feel guilty?

When I decided to leave and told my team (not staff reporting to me, but co-w*rkers on a team) one of my co-w*rkers got upset, saying that I should have run it by the team first. I didn't feel guilty for my decision that was right for me first before any of them first. The reason, I remember times when the co-w*rkers had left out to hang with me many times getting assigned work not by volunteering but them takes two steps back.


So in some ways, me looking out for number one was their own karma

It is not just your staff at work. I have several relatives, sister, sister and brother in law, who constantly try and make us feel guilty. We think they are jealous, we just smile.
