Disclaimer trust ?

We are in the process refreshing out living trust.
Our lawyer suggested considering an AB disclaimer trust with possible beneficiaries designed as dynasty trust based on our NW.

Wonder what advise people have on the subject.

Thx

I worked with disclaimer trusts. They are a very useful tool, but there are several court cases that show how tricky they are to set up and administer. Before you pay good money to an attorney who is setting it up for you, discuss the potential legal pitfalls as well as what the beneficiaries may do to screw up your plan.
