I run before going to work. Will take a cold shower so I don't sweat while driving to work.

No gonna happen. If I went into a cold shower I'd probably drown.

I have built a sauna into the last three houses we've owned. Would not be without one.

Had a sauna and used to go outside and jump into a snowdrift. The heat would create a coating of vapour between my body and the snow. Once the heat was gone so was I.

Here is the tropics, I wind down the heat in the shower to aid in my cooldown cycle.

There was a wonderful video I saw once of a scientist in Antarctica using the outdoor sauna in the winter. He stepped out of the sauna at about minus 30 degrees and stood still. He was covered in sweat, and the moisture from his skin rose up as water vapor for about 10 feet, then turned into snowflakes and fell back down on him like a shower.

LOL! Sounds appealing, but I'm pretty sure our association couldn't afford that.
