A lot of organizations, including Consumer Reports Magazine, make it intentionally hard or impossible for customers to contact them via email.

Last night we couldn't watch a movie with it filling the screen of our HD TV because the subtitles were partly outside of the image area. That is, if we set it to Overscan, some of the subtitles would be missing.

Taking my curmudgeon duties seriously, I thought I'd drop a note about this to Sony Entertainment, but they have no "contact us" link on their web page.

Depending on how bad the PR reaches, I think eventually the AT&T CEO will apologize by phone to the guy. Ironic isn't it. The customer is disappointed from not having a personal phone call..from the Phone Co. CEO.

How did the old saying go.."reach out and touch someone"

Maybe they'll have a beer summit and call a truce
