Dubliner Irish Cheese - From Costco...............

Anyone else here tried Dubliner Irish Cheese from Costco? - It's my favorite cheese now, outside of the Exotics like Stilton Blue.

The Irish cheese is a very pale yellow, with a nutty taste, and little bit of the parmesean texture. Outstanding and it's only 4.88 a pound at Costco!

Or Trader Joe's in SOMA doesn't have it so can't comment but I lived in Harrogate, England and the town had the best cheese shop I've ever seen outside of France, called The Cheeseboard.

Yep, we get this one often. We alternate between the Dubliner and the Jarlsberg. Both great buys from CostCo!
