of her many incredibly crooned numbers, eartha kitt sang one of my uncle's songs which he wrote during the depression, inspired by one of my uncle's sisters. it is recorded on one of her many "best of eartha kitt" albums. happens to be one of the songs i recently purchased for the digital frame i gave dad for his 80th birthday. (should i check to see if i collected any royalties on the sale?)
she had such a sexy voice. and no, i don't have a thing for older women.
