People panicked on SARS, too. At the end of the day, the total death toll was less than 1000.
Only a few kids have ever died by putting their head through fence slats and yet regulations now require I have to space my slats no more than 4" apart.
Why such regulations when it is far more likely that an asteroid will hit an Ebola patient and splatter me with fluids?
