Thanks to my youngest son we now have a connection from our Notebook computer to the TV using a s-video cable and RCA cables for the sound.
We have been watching LOST in HD from abc.com (they have 4 seasons available). Starting to get addicted to it. I think I like Locke and Sayid the best. Doesn't cost anything. Also watching old Netflix films over the internet (revisting Shampoo was a hoot).
As far as I can tell this is the equivalent of the contraptions that apple, netflix, etc are selling.
Anyone else doing this.
