1994 The Shawshank Redemption
1996 A Time to Kill
1996 Michael
1999 The Sixth Sense
2000 Gladiator
2001 A Beautiful Mind

Honorable Mentions
1978 Animal House
1980 Caddyshack
1982 Ghandi
1987 The Untouchables
1988 Big
1988 Rainman
1988 Stand and Deliver
1990 The Hunt for Red October

1994 True Lies
1995 Get Shorty
1995 Heat
1996 Phenomena
1997 Liar, Liar
1997 Men In Black
1999 Analyze This
2000 Memento
2000 Erin Brockovich

1985 The Color Purple
1986 Stand By Me
1986 Platoon

1996 Fargo
1999 South Park the movie
2002 Chicago
2004 Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

I like many of the films listed above, but I'm also a big fan of old classics:

Casa Blanca
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence
Cool Hand Luke
Spartacus
El Cid

A more recent film not listed above that my wife and I really enjoyed is Open Range.
