I'm in the planning process of finishing a basement. I already got a price for an entire drywalled area but that price is way over budget. We have got some other ideas where the ceiling, walls, and floor are just painted. While I would box out a storage area and bathroom and bar area this seems the way to go. It would give it an industrial look at half the price. Has anybody done this in their basement? And how has this worked out.
