FIRE Extreme: 1968

Here's a guy who retired in the late 60's, trekked up to Alaska, and carved out a home and life in Alaska for the next 35 years. An axe, a file, and a pan, and you could quit your job today too!

But really, this is a great about a man who said screw it all, and tested himself by going back to the basics. It's a great show to watch, and I plan on using it as motivation to not become the Flying Purple Consumer Monster or its henchmen Debt Boy.

Didn't work out so well for Chris McCandless, aka Alexander Supertramp.
