Still wondering if this is the OP's first job or going back to work after years off and what they meant by "He caught me very tired after a long day".
The camera may not even be working and if it is and the owner is that hands on why wouldn't he have looked in when OP was interviewed for the job. So wouldn't think this has anything to do with age discrimination or "looks".
